Booking Instructions

Office Booking & Payment

  • Auditorium booking will be confirmed only after direct payment at the office.
  • All payments and booking formalities must be completed through the official parish/auditorium office.
  • Online inquiries or online submissions are considered request entries only and do not guarantee or confirm a booking.

Advance Booking Cancellation

  • For advance bookings, cancellations must be informed within the same month of booking.
  • Cancellation requests made after the permitted period may not be eligible for refund or rescheduling.

No Agents or Intermediaries

  • The auditorium management does not authorize any agents, brokers, or intermediaries for booking.
  • Guests are advised to deal directly with the official office only.
  • The management will not be responsible for transactions or promises made through third parties.

Usage Instructions
