We make reasonable efforts to keep the information published on the website accurate and current.

However, Mass timings, programmes, events, availability, office timings, fees and other information may change due to pastoral, administrative or other circumstances.

The Church reserves the right to modify, postpone or cancel programmes and services when necessary.

Users are encouraged to verify important information with the Parish Office when required.

3. Online Services

The website may provide facilities for services including, but not limited to:

  • Qurbana/Mass intentions
  • Offerings
  • Novena and prayer intentions
  • Certificate requests
  • Parish registrations
  • Event registrations
  • Hall and facility enquiries/bookings
  • Donations and other parish-related payments

Submission of an online request does not automatically mean that the request has been finally accepted.

Where approval is required, the request becomes effective only after confirmation by the authorised Church office or personnel.

4. Qurbana and Spiritual Intentions

When submitting an intention, users are responsible for providing correct information.

The Church may:

  • Accept or decline an intention depending on availability.
  • Modify the scheduled date or time when pastoral circumstances require it.
  • Contact the person who submitted the request for clarification.
  • Assign the intention to an authorised priest.

Submission of an intention does not guarantee a particular priest, Mass, date or time unless expressly confirmed by the Church.

The Church reserves the right to correct or cancel requests containing inappropriate, fraudulent or misleading information.

5. Online Payments

Certain services may require payment through the website.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways. By making a payment, the user agrees to comply with the applicable terms of the payment provider.

A successful payment transaction does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the underlying service if the service requires confirmation by the Church.

Users should retain their payment confirmation or transaction reference until the service has been completed.

6. Failed, Duplicate or Unconfirmed Payments

If money has been debited from a user’s account but the website does not show a successful transaction, the user should contact the Parish Office with the relevant transaction details.

The Church may verify the transaction with the payment gateway or financial institution before confirming the service or processing any applicable refund.

Duplicate or erroneous transactions will be reviewed and handled according to the circumstances and applicable payment-gateway procedures.

7. Receipts

Where applicable, receipts may be issued electronically after verification or approval of a transaction.

Users are responsible for providing a valid mobile number or email address if they wish to receive an electronic receipt.

The Church may not be responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect contact information, email filtering, network problems or third-party communication services.

8. Hall and Facility Bookings

Where online hall or facility booking facilities are provided:

  • An online booking request is not necessarily a final booking.
  • Availability is subject to confirmation by the Parish Office.
  • The Church reserves the right to decline a booking request.
  • The booking is considered confirmed only after official confirmation by the authorised Church office.
  • The applicable rental charges and conditions must be accepted before confirmation.
  • Users must provide accurate information regarding the proposed event.
  • The premises must be used only for the purpose approved by the Church.
  • Users must comply with parish rules and instructions regarding the use of the premises.

Where applicable, cancellation and refund conditions for a particular facility may be communicated at the time of booking.

9. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the particular service.

For services involving advance payment, the applicable cancellation terms displayed at the time of booking or communicated by the Parish Office will apply.

The Church may deduct applicable administrative charges or other legitimate expenses where appropriate.

No refund is guaranteed merely because a user changes their mind after a service has been confirmed or completed.

For payment-related disputes, the Church may first verify the transaction with the relevant payment provider.

10. Certificates and Official Documents

Requests for baptism, marriage, death, membership or other parish certificates and documents are subject to verification of parish records and applicable Church requirements.

Submission of an online request does not guarantee issuance of a certificate.

The Church may request additional documentation or personal verification before issuing an official document.

Certificates and official records must not be altered, reproduced fraudulently or used for purposes other than those for which they were issued.

11. User-Submitted Information

Users are responsible for ensuring that information submitted through the website is accurate and complete.

The Church may rely on information submitted by the user when processing a request.

The Church is not responsible for problems arising directly from incorrect, incomplete or outdated information provided by the user.
